Duplex 2205 Round Bar is a duplex stainless steel grade which has been enhanced by nitrogen. Alloy grade 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Round Bar was developed to combat common corrosion problems which were encountered by the austenitic grade 300 series stainless steels

1.What is Duplex 2205 round bar?

This particular grade of stainless steel is referred to as Duplex to fit the description of a family of stainless steels which neither fall into the category of fully austenitic grades, like 304 stainless, nor purely ferritic grades, such as the 430 stainless steel. The microstructure of stainless S31803 Duplex Spring Steel Bar consists of austenite pools, which are surrounded by a continuous ferrite phase.

Quality & Inspection	Bundles are made of 500/1000kgs each packed in HDPE sheets. We issue EN10204/3.1 Certificate as per ADW0 Free from any internal defects All required Mechanical and metallurgical tests are carried out at our works. Each lot is tested and ensured that material is free from Radio active contamination. Each Bar is tested for size tolerance,Ovality,length and Roughness. Container is fumigated before stuffing. All wooden box /blockes are also fumigated.
